My stay at Mansion Alcazar was truly enchanting, from the warm welcome with drinks to the beautiful garden views. While the service was really good and the location ideal for exploring Cuenca, I did encounter some discomfort due to the chilly atmosphere and lack of temperature control in my room. Still, the charm of the hotel and its history made it a nice experience.

My room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the garden, but it could have been cleaner when I arrived. The rose petals and fruit plate were wonderful touches, though the chilliness made it less inviting at times.

My stay at Mansion Alcazar was truly enchanting. The location in the heart of Cuenca made exploring the historic center effortless. While my room was charming, it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. However, the attentive staff and beautiful garden more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

The central location made exploring Cuenca easy, though I did find the temperature in the hotel quite chilly without adequate heating in the rooms. Breakfast was enjoyable, but I felt the dining options could use a bit more variety.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. However, I found the lack of heating during my stay uncomfortable, and some of the furniture was a bit formal for my liking.
